SMS Terms

1. SMS Program

TE Custom Designs offers an optional text message (SMS/MMS) program for customers who explicitly opt in. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Program name: TE Custom Designs Customer Texts

Messages you may receive: order status and pickup/shipping updates, artwork proof approval requests, quote and custom-order follow-ups, and replies to your support questions. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to them.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our Contact form (Contact Us page) and providing your mobile number. No paper, verbal, or behind-login opt-in is used.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders and inquiries.

4. Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from (918) 419-9829. We will send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected for this program is used only to communicate with you about your orders and inquiries. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
